About the internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic sales & marketing executive to promote and sell our global internship & career development programs to college students, fresh graduates, and educational institutions.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in student acquisition, college outreach, and digital marketing execution, helping students gain access to practical, global internship experiences.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Sales Responsibilities
1. Counsel students about internship programs and career benefits
2. Convert leads from calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
3. Achieve monthly enrollment targets
4. Follow up with interested students and parents
5. Maintain CRM or lead-tracking records
B. College & Institutional Outreach
1. Contact colleges, placement cells, and training coordinators
2. Schedule webinars, orientations, and presentations
3. Build long-term relationships with institutions
4. Support MoU and collaboration discussions
C. Marketing Responsibilities
1. Promote internship programs through digital channels
2. Assist in social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
3. Coordinate with campus ambassadors
4. Support webinar promotions and student events

1. Strong communication & persuasion skills
2. Ability to explain career-oriented programs clearly

4. Basic knowledge of digital marketing or sales funnels
Qualifications:
1. Any graduate/postgraduate/final-year student
2. MBA/Marketing/HR background is a plus (not mandatory)
