About part time job/internship
This internship is extremely flexible in terms of hours/days, hybrid/remote working, leaves for college commitments and exams, snacks&drinks at the office, and the opportunity to join full-time if the candidate so wishes.
We are looking for a high-energy, trend-savvy Social Media Intern to manage our brand's online presence. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of our social channels, from planning monthly content calendars to engaging with our community and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) that align with our broader marketing goals.
- Community Engagement: Act as the "voice of the brand" by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in real-time to foster a loyal community.
- Trend Monitoring: Identify "scroll-stopping" trends, viral audio, and new platform features to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Performance Tracking: Prepare monthly reports using native insights and third-party tools to track KPIs like reach, engagement rate, and follower growth.
- Content Management: Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure high-quality visuals and captions.
- Content Creation: Develop creative, innovative, and relevant content for the website and for social media. Write and create content for reels and videos on Instagram and YouTube
