About the work from home job/internship
1. Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
2. Support social media management - creating content calendars, posts and engagement reports.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, HR, etc.) for promotional activities.
5. Assist in organizing events, photoshoots and promotional campaigns.
6. Help in preparing marketing collaterals, presentations and reports.
7. Track campaign performance and assist in preparing performance reports.

Other requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Basic knowledge of Canva, Excel, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
Should have atleast 3 to 5 months of work experience as an Intern
