About the internship
Roles & Responsibilities - Marketing Intern (In-house Agency Team)
1. Content & Social Media
Assist in planning and creating content for the agency's LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube channels
Draft captions, research hashtags, and schedule posts using tools like Buffer or Later
Work with designers and editors to produce creative assets (videos, reels, carousels)
2. Website & SEO Support
Help update website content (blogs, case studies, team profiles, etc.)
Conduct basic keyword research and optimize on-page content for SEO
Coordinate with developers or web admins for minor updates
3. Email Marketing & CRM
Support in building and maintaining email lists
Assist in creating and sending newsletters or drip email campaigns
Track performance of email campaigns (open rates, CTR, etc.)
4. Event & Webinar Support
Assist in organizing internal/external webinars, podcasts, and industry events
Prepare event creatives, landing pages, and social promotions
Help with registration management, reminders, and follow-ups
5. Case Studies & Testimonials
Collect inputs from the client servicing team to build impactful case studies
Coordinate with clients to gather testimonials or reviews
Support in writing or editing content for marketing collateral
6. Marketing Research
Research industry trends, agency best practices, and competitive benchmarks
Identify award opportunities, guest blogging partnerships, or speaking slots
Explore new digital channels or formats for brand building
7. Analytics & Reporting
Track growth metrics across website, social, and email campaigns
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on internal marketing activities
Learn to use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights

Collaborate with multiple teams design, video, copy, and leadership
Manage timelines and update the internal tracker regularly
Stay updated with performance marketing trends and innovations

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in BE, business administration or marketing.
2. Excellent communication (English, Marathi & Hindi language mandatory), report-writing skills, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong analytical and research skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies is a plus (optional), Google Trends, Statista, SurveyMonkey, etc.
6. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
7. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic.
