About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Marketing and lead generation
1. Plan, develop, and execute social media marketing campaigns
2. Create persuasive content for digital platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
3. Support digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using AI tools
B. Sales, client coordination, and counseling
1. Communicate with prospective students and clients via email and phone calls
2. Nurture leads, answer queries, and provide structured counseling
3. Conduct follow-ups to convert interest into confirmed enrollments
4. Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking
C. HR and recruitment support
1. Assist with intern hiring, interview coordination, and onboarding
2. Support recruitment processes for internal and client requirements
3. Coordinate employee communication and training schedules
4. Maintain documentation related to HR and recruitment activities
D. AI and automation exposure
1. Use AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and analyze data
2. Learn how AI is applied in sales, HR, marketing, and operations
3. Gain exposure to real AI-driven business systems and automation
