About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the execution of digital campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
2. Support the execution of influencer collaborations, digital contests, and community engagement activities.
3. Document processes, learning, and best practices for smoother future campaigns.
4. Support planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns, pop-ups, stalls, and experiential events.
5. Coordinate with vendors, printing partners, and event logistics teams for timely execution.
6. Manage offline collateral (banners, posters, merchandise) with accuracy.
7. Capture feedback and on-ground insights from events to help optimize future campaigns.
8. Act as the central link between CDM and Offline Marketing teams, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
9. Monitor deadlines and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
Internship Structure :
Internship Training Period: This lasts for 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your performance, intent, ability, and dedication. If you are unable to complete your internship 'Training Period' within 8 weeks, we will not be able to continue our association with you thereafter.
Post-Training Internship: The total internship period, including training, lasts for a minimum of 6 months. This duration is mandatory to be eligible for an FTE, PPO offer, or even an internship certificate.
Internship Timeline :
Internshala Application period: 1st to 15th September 2025
Assignment submission: 5 - 7 days from the date of receiving assignments
Interviews: 15th Sep to 23rd Sep 2025
Release of Internship offer letter (for selected candidates): 25th Sep 2025
Date of Joining - 1st October 2025
