About the internship
1. Conduct detailed market research to identify and analyze digital marketing agencies and potential business partners in Pune.
2. Visit digital marketing agencies across Pune on a daily basis to conduct business research, introduce the company's AI automation platform, and understand their business requirements.
3. Identify potential partner agencies, collect relevant company and decision-maker information, and maintain an accurate database using Google Sheets/Excel.
4. Research companies through LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other relevant sources to identify potential leads and partnership opportunities.
5. Support the founder/business development team in agency outreach, lead generation, follow-ups, and market expansion activities.
6. Communicate professionally with agency owners, founders, managers, and other decision-makers during in-person and online interactions.
7. Prepare daily and weekly reports covering agencies visited, contacts identified, conversations conducted, leads generated, and follow-up requirements.
8. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, customer requirements, and potential opportunities across different industries.
9. Assist in developing and maintaining a structured database of prospective clients and agency partners.
10. Take ownership of assigned research and business development activities and complete them within defined timelines.

Other requirements
1. Candidates must be currently based in Pune and should be comfortable travelling daily across Pune for agency visits.
2. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory, as the intern will interact directly with agency owners, founders, and business decision-makers.
3. Candidates with prior experience or interest in market research, business development, sales, lead generation, LinkedIn research, or B2B outreach will be preferred.
