About the internship
We are a Mumbai-based startup launching a new product in the women's healthcare space in 2026. We are incubated at Neeti Brand Accelerator, a 17-year-old Mumbai brand-building firm. We have built and accelerated more than 60 Indian consumer brands across FMCG and healthcare. The company has 15+ years of healthcare-brand experience. Kindly visit our websites www.neeti.biz and www.hemantmishrra.in. You will be employee no. 1 on the brand-launch ground team, working directly with the founder. Hands-on, fast, unfiltered- exactly the kind of experience that single-internship resumes cannot teach.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Participate in early product user-testing and submit structured feedback.
2. Conduct customer empathy interviews with women aged 18-35 on women's health and pain habits.
3. Shoot, edit and publish 2 Instagram reels per week in your own voice- training and scripts provided
4. Coordinate sampling appointments at 10 OB/GYN clinics across Mumbai.
5. Visit chemists in the Andheri-Bandra-Lokhandwala trade and log shelf insights.
6. Help build a women's college ambassador network across 10 Mumbai colleges.
7. Manage the brand's WhatsApp customer-support inbox during peak launch days.

Other requirements
1. Final-year student or fresh graduate: BPharma/DPharma/BSc (Biotech, microbiology, nursing, life sciences)- strongly preferred.
2. Digitally native- comfortable with Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business.
3. Comfortable having open conversations about women’s health.
4. Can speak English + Hindi or Marathi.
5. Lives within a 45-minute commute of Andheri (West).
