About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the design-to-fabrication lifecycle for mechanical components and systems
2. Collaborate with the robotics team to integrate electro-mechanical systems
3. Conduct real-world field validation and testing of robotic solutions
4. Coordinate with vendors for manufacturing parts and components
5. Design and develop mechanical systems using SolidWorks
6. Perform 3D printing, prototyping, and hands-on fabrication tasks
7. Utilize workshop tools and techniques for building and testing components
8. Execute stress and load calculations for mechanical designs
9. Conduct bench testing including torque and RPM analysis

Other requirements
1. A BE/BTech degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Robotics is required
2. Candidates seeking internship opportunities for a minimum of 2–3 months are preferred
3. Practical experience through DIY projects is highly valued over academic scores
4. Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment is expected
5. Willingness to engage in field work, workshop tasks, and design activities is important
6. A curious mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership is essential
