DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Material selection: Research and recommend suitable materials based on strength, durability, and cost.
2. CAD generation: Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Creo).
3. Analysis: Perform simulations (FEA/CFD) to evaluate design performance under different conditions.
4. Prototype development: Assist in building and assembling prototypes for testing.
5. Testing & validation: Conduct mechanical tests, record data, and prepare performance reports.
6. Documentation: Maintain design records, test results, and improvement suggestions.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in mechanical engineering, materials science, sports engineering, product design, or a closely related field.
2. Possess a basic understanding of mechanics, materials testing, or experimental methods.
3. Demonstrate experience in data analysis using Excel.
4. Have basic CAD skills using tools such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar software, which is desirable.
5. Show experience or comfort with measurement and instrumentation tools, including sensors, high-speed cameras, or basic laboratory equipment, as an added advantage.
