About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound calls from prospective students, parents, and guardians regarding medical admissions.
2. Provide information on eligibility criteria, admission procedures, counselling schedules, courses, colleges, fee structures, and documentation requirements.
3. Assess students' academic backgrounds and recommend suitable admission options.
4. Record and update inquiry details accurately in the CRM or admissions database.
5. Follow up with interested candidates to support application completion and engagement.
6. Address routine admission-related queries and escalate complex concerns to senior counsellors when necessary.
7. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality during all interactions.
8. Achieve daily call-handling and lead-conversion targets.
9. Coordinate with admissions, documentation, and operations teams to ensure a seamless applicant experience.
10. Stay updated on admission policies, entrance examinations, and counselling guidelines.
11. Maintain accurate records and support admissions-related documentation processes.
