About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js, integrating them with databases and the frontend
2. Handle CRUD operations and optimize database queries in MongoDB
3. Participate in daily standups and update the team on progress, blockers, and new ideas
4. Debug and troubleshoot application issues reported by users or testers
5. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
6. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design wireframes accurately
7. Use Git for version control and collaborate through GitHub/GitLab repositories
8. Perform regular testing and assist in bug-fixing, code reviews, and performance optimization

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or completing a degree in computer science, IT, or a related field

2. Strong grasp of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB

3. Familiarity with Express.js and RESTful API integration

4. Knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub

5. Familiarity with Postman and basic deployment practices

6. Able to debug and resolve code-related issues independently

7. Quick learner with a passion for full-stack web development

8. Ability to clearly communicate ideas, progress, and blockers

9. Exposure to TypeScript, Next.js, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or Heroku is a plus
