About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating, launching, and managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
2. Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads based on key performance metrics.
3. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify advertising opportunities.
4. Prepare daily and weekly campaign performance reports.
5. Coordinate with the creative team to develop ad copy and creatives.
6. Track campaign budgets, advertising spend, and performance.
7. Learn and implement best practices in Meta Ads and performance marketing.

Requirements:
1. Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
2. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
6. Eagerness to learn and grow in performance marketing.
Eligibility:
1. Students pursuing or candidates who have recently completed a bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, Marketing, or a related field.
2. A strong interest in digital marketing and paid advertising.
3. Immediate joiners are preferred.
