About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage and systemize the allocation of all incoming leads from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and other channels to relevant sales and pre-sales teams, ensuring timely data flow and tracking.
2. Monitor and track the complete lead lifecycle within MIS systems, from initial entry to site visits and follow-ups, ensuring data accuracy and zero lead leakage.
3. Analyze team performance through MIS reports by identifying gaps such as missed follow-ups, delayed responses, or inefficiencies, and support corrective action through data insights.
4. Maintain accurate, centralized lead databases and generate regular reports to derive actionable insights for improving conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
5. Coordinate with marketing, sales, pre-sales, and field teams to ensure seamless data synchronization and consistent reporting across all functions.
6. Track real-time lead activities through MIS dashboards and proactively flag issues such as unattended walk-ins or delays to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
