About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Streamline and manage the allocation of incoming leads from campaigns, walk-ins, and multiple channels to the relevant sales and pre-sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.
Monitor the entire lead lifecycle within MIS systems from initial capture to site visits and follow-ups maintaining data accuracy and minimizing any potential drop-offs.
Evaluate team performance using MIS data by identifying gaps such as missed touchpoints, delayed responses, or process bottlenecks, and support corrective actions.
Maintain well-organized and updated lead data in a centralized system, while generating regular reports to derive insights that improve conversions and pipeline performance.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, pre-sales, and field teams to ensure data consistency and smooth reporting across all functions.
Track live lead movement through MIS tools and proactively resolve issues like unattended walk-ins or delays, enhancing overall efficiency and customer experience.
