About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create, schedule, and monitor marketing campaigns across various communication platforms.
2. Configure campaign data, templates, and targeting criteria accurately before execution.
3. Track campaign performance and identify delivery or execution-related issues.
4. Prepare, clean, and organize lead databases prior to campaign launches.
5. Maintain database accuracy by removing duplicate and invalid records.
6. Segment audiences based on project requirements, city, lead source, and campaign objectives.
7. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
8. Monitor delivery, engagement, and response metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
9. Maintain dashboards and share performance updates with relevant stakeholders.
10. Coordinate with internal sales teams and external platform support teams to ensure smooth campaign operations.

Other requirements
1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
2. Familiarity with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and basic reporting.
3. Comfort in working with web-based tools and dashboards.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
5. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Comfort in handling large datasets.
9. Good written and verbal communication skills.
10. Professional email writing and documentation skills.
11. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
12. A proactive approach towards work and learning.
13. Interest in learning new platforms and technologies.
