DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Own end-to-end execution of pilot projects: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
2. Analyse performance data and user feedback to make recommendations on whether to scale, iterate, or sunset initiatives.
3. Develop internal documentation and frameworks to ensure learnings are captured and shared across the organisation.
4. Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market or internal needs.
5. Act as a thought partner to leadership by providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.

Other requirements
1. Interest in strategy, product ops, consulting, growth, or program/project management roles.
2. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; comfort with Excel, basic SQL, or data platforms is a plus.
3. Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
6. Previous experience in high-growth environments, internal strategy/innovation teams, or startups is preferred.
