About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Deliver a WOW customer experience by greeting, engaging, and understanding customer needs
2. Interact confidently with customers and build meaningful engagement
3. Promote sports by connecting customers with relevant sports communities
4. Inspire customers to participate in sports through personal involvement and enthusiasm
5. Stay informed about sports events and encourage customer participation
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support
7. Recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs
8. Utilize all sales channels including in-store, website, and mobile app to serve customers
9. Offer relevant services such as buyback, repair and maintenance, and personalization
10. Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience
11. Prioritize customer needs and remain available at all times
12. Suggest complementary products to enhance the sports experience
13. Maintain accurate and responsible inventory for omnichannel availability
14. Ensure updated and clear signage to support informed customer decisions
15. Take ownership of order fulfillment and delivery processes
16. Create a WOW store experience through effective layout and presentation
17. Maintain a safe environment for customers and team members
18. Design a welcoming, engaging, and attractive store layout
19. Enable customers to test products and solutions in-store
20. Highlight omnichannel offerings across offline and online platforms
21. Maintain complete knowledge of in-store and online product offerings
22. Ensure availability of the full product range either in-store or online
23. Recommend the best possible solutions tailored to customer needs
24. Ensure availability of all relevant sports services
25. Promote circular economy initiatives and related services
