About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring online mentions, reviews, and feedback across various platforms (social media, forums, review sites).
2. Learn from industry mentors and gain exposure to cutting-edge ORM tools and strategies.
3. Assisting in the development and implementation of our online reputation strategy.
4. Supporting crisis communication, promo contest, promo resolution, and CSAT efforts.

2. can start the internship between 11th Dec'25 and 15th Jan'26

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. are from Bangalore only

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good Excel skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital monitoring tools is a plus.

• Should be willing to work 5-day rotation shifts (NO NIGHT SHFTS)
