About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor and manage daily operations on the Surefy CRM portal
2. Track leads, tasks, tickets, and updates across multiple states
3. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of entries by field teams and telecallers
4. Validate and cross-check data to identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate entries
5. Coordinate with teams to resolve data discrepancies
6. Follow up with telecalling teams and field executives for smooth lead movement
7. Analyze campaign performance across WhatsApp, telecalling, and field activities
8. Identify effective campaigns and suggest areas for improvement
9. Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and team performance
10. Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
11. Support workflow optimization and tracking mechanisms

Other requirements
1. Strong attention to detail
2. Basic understanding of CRM tools, with prior experience as an advantage
3. Good communication skills in Hindi and English, with Telugu or Odiya as a plus
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and patterns
5. Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
6. Interest in operations, analytics, and startup environments
7. Ability to manage multiple teams and data streams
8. Self-driven and proactive approach
9. Experience in sales, telecalling, or data operations is preferred
10. Familiarity with the solar or energy sector is an advantage
11. Prior experience in operations or CRM-related roles is beneficial
