About the internship
We are looking for a proactive intern to manage customer confirmations, logistics coordination, and operations analysis to improve delivery success and reduce RTO (Return to Origin).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call customers to confirm orders and resolve queries
2. Work towards reducing RTO & improving delivery rates
3. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for dispatches
4. Handle NDRs, returns, and incorrect deliveries
5. Manage operational tasks like label printing & dispatch tracking
6. Analyze data and suggest process improvements
