About the internship
1. Act as onboarding liaison for new clients and partners
2. Create and manage company/individual profiles within the Tradyon system
3. Upload and maintain product data, technical specifications, and media assets
4. Adjust layouts and ensure visual-textual alignment across web and mobile platforms
5. Conduct daily content checks and performance tests on the app
6. Use GPT/AI tools to generate intelligent product descriptions and metadata
7. Set up and manage targeted campaigns; track performance via Google Analytics, Clevertap, Looker Studio
8. Coordinate closely with content, tech, and business teams to resolve operational blockers
9. Supervise and guide junior interns handling data downloads, formatting, and basic uploads

Other requirements
1. Strong English communication skills and attention to detail (must have)
2. Mid-level proficiency with Excel and BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI)
3. Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, Grammarly, and GPT-based tools
4. Comfortable using CRM platforms and basic analytics dashboards
5. Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
6. Familiarity with scripting/automation (Python, SQL, or similar) is a bonus
7. Ability to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and lead junior interns effectively
8. An analytical, organized, and proactive mindset in a fast-moving environment
9. Knowledge of any foreign language (Mandarin, French, Arabic, etc.) is a plus
