About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Tracking each learner's progress and following up until required milestones are achieved
2. Communicating with learners throughout the placement journey and providing clear updates and next steps
3. Scheduling and coordinating mock interviews before every actual interview
4. Coordinating interview rounds with hiring partners and collecting feedback after each round
5. Creating and maintaining placement trackers and flagging potential drop-offs at an early stage
