About the internship
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and deployment teams on day-to-day operational priorities
- Observe, analyse, and document workflows and processes across functions
- Identify gaps in existing processes and collaborate with teams to close them
- Build clear, practical SOPs that current teams and future employees can rely on
- Work with customer data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and business opportunities
- Engage cross-functionally with product, support, sales, and tech teams to get a - - 360 view of how DocPulse operates
What We're Looking For:
- A fresher with strong attention to detail and a structured way of thinking
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal to work across teams and document clearly
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions
- Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with process/documentation tools is a bonus
- A team player who can work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
