About the internship
1. Assist in end-to-end onboarding of investors, including collection and validation of required documents and personal details.
2. Coordinate with the Investor Relationship (IR) team for status updates, missing documents, and investor queries.
3. Maintain and update internal trackers, spreadsheets, and data files related to investor onboarding and capital commitments.
4. Support in Demat-related activities, including unit transfer, demat verification, and
communication with custodians/depository participants when required.
5. Upload and manage documents in internal systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
6. Track and report operational activities to the Fund Operations Manager on a timely basis.

Required Skills
● Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
● Good command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
● Clear written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
● Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with different teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
● Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant academic background.
● Basic understanding of Demat accounts / Depositories /KYC / KRA / AIF processes.
