About the internship
The 'Operations Intern' will support continuous improvement across supply chain operations including warehousing, logistics, procurement, and fulfillment. This role suits someone analytical, curious, and eager to drive efficiency and standardization within a fast-paced environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify inefficiencies and support root-cause analysis
2. Assist in developing KPIs, dashboards, and process reports
3. Conduct time-and-motion studies and workflow assessments
4. Support Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather operational insights
6. Prepare presentations and recommendations for leadership
