About the internship
1. Add and update product photos for app, website, and internal systems
2. Design promotional danglers using Canva and ensure they are properly applied in-store/digitally
3. Coordinate with the store team to verify that danglers are displayed correctly
4. Receive customer queries related to app usage, orders, delivery, or issues
5. Call customers for order clarification, issue resolution, and follow-ups
6. Update complaint and resolution details in the CRM system
7. Maintain inventory accuracy by manually matching physical stock & system stock
8. Report any inventory mismatch, damaged items, or discrepancies immediately
9. Coordinate with the operations team for quick issue resolution

3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from Delhi only
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Candidates residing near Sector-7 Dwarka or those who can commute comfortably
2. Hardworking individuals willing to put in consistent effort
3. Comfortable using Canva for basic design work
4. Able to use a mobile camera for product photos when required
5. Willing to talk to customers on calls and messages after training
6. Open to learning new tools and processes
7. Not afraid of responsibility, multitasking, or workload
