About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the endorsement process for group mediclaim/accidental/term-life insurance under supervision.
2. Learn about insurance policies, endorsement procedures, and regulations
3. Help in addressing basic customer queries and concerns
4. Support the team in maintaining records and preparing reports
5. Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the insurance industry and endorsement processes.
6. Apply Business Logic while keeping accurate, up-to-date customer records
