Operations Internship in Guwahati at Encamp Tourism

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support daily trip operations by coordinating with hotels, homestays, camps, drivers, guides, and activity partners.
2. Assist in confirming bookings, room allocations, check-in/check-out details, and service timelines for ongoing trips.
3. Help prepare and share guest documents such as itineraries, service confirmations, contact sheets, and trip briefings.
4. Coordinate with the sales team to understand guest requirements and ensure smooth handover to operations.
5. Monitor live trips and assist in resolving on-ground service issues in coordination with the operations team.
6. Maintain and update operational data, vendor details, service notes, and trip status in the Admin Panel.
7. Collect, organize, and document guest feedback and operational learnings post trip.
8. Assist in creating and updating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for service delivery and hospitality standards.
9. Support quality checks for accommodations, transport, and activities to ensure guest experience meets Encamp standards.
10. Assist the core team with any additional operational or hospitality-related tasks as required.
