About the internship
1. Managing backend operations, including appointment confirmations, client coordination, and escalations.
2. Preparing SOD and EOD reports and following up on inquiries.
3. Communicating effectively with corporate customers and internal stakeholders.
4. Handling customer queries through chat, calls, and emails.
5. Understanding customer needs, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Upselling relevant services based on user interactions and requirements.
7. Analyzing issues and taking ownership to deliver smooth customer journeys.

Other requirements
1. Availability to join immediately or within one week.
2. Eligibility: 2023–2026 pass-outs or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
3. Freshers from 2023 to 2026 batches or candidates with up to two years of experience in operations, customer support, or similar roles.
4. Excellent communication skills in English.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Basic proficiency in Excel and a strong problem-solving mindset.
7. Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
8. Comfortable working in a startup environment with a willingness to take on responsibilities independently.
Perks

3. Location: Hyderabad (Work from office).
4. Working days: 6 days a week.
5. CTC:
a. During the 6-month internship period: ₹22,000 per month.
b. Post-conversion (based on performance): ₹3,00,000 fixed + ₹1,00,000 variable pay.
