About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Quality & Feedback:
1. Monitor and audit sales calls and virtual meetings to ensure pitch flow, effective objection handling, and professional demeanor.
2. Evaluate calls against quality scorecards and share structured feedback with BD reps.
3. Identify skill gaps and process deviations for follow-up with the Sales Manager and Training Lead.
B. Sales Operations Support:
1. Review CRM entries for accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
2. Track sales activity metrics (calls made, meetings booked, conversion rates) and update performance dashboards.
3. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
4. Support the implementation of process improvements in the sales workflow.
5. Maintain structured documentation for training and quality reference.
