Business Development (Sales) Internship at Instrek

Role Overview:

As a Sales and Operations Intern, you will support the end-to-end execution of the Legal Olympiad. You'll work closely with internal teams and participants to ensure smooth operations, timely communication, and effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Act as the primary point of contact for registered students and participants.
2.Connect with Students over the call and reach out for registration.
3.Handle queries related to registrations, exam details, schedules, and participation.
4.Support pre-olympiad, olympiad-day, and post-olympiad operations.
5.Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, tech, and academic) for timely deliverables.
6.Maintain accurate participant databases, reports, and documentation.
7.Assist in virtual/offline sessions, orientations, and briefings.
8.Share timely updates, instructions, and schedules with participants.
9.Identify process improvements to enhance student experience and operational efficiency.
