About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with daily operations such as data entry, filing, banking coordination, and documentation.
2. Schedule meetings, organize files, and maintain office supplies.
3. Prepare project data, reports, and documentation for ongoing tasks.
4. Communicate with team members, clients, and suppliers through email, phone, and in person.
5. Support the implementation of office processes and operational procedures.
6. Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow.
7. Suggest ideas to improve processes and productivity.
8. Must be proficient in MS Office and be tech-savvy.
