About the internship
Roology is a direct-to-consumer fashion brand focused on made-to-order garments, operating with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail across every stage of the customer journey. The company emphasizes speed, ownership, and system-driven execution while building scalable processes, ensuring each order is managed seamlessly from initial customer interaction to final delivery.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Capture incoming orders on Shopify and update the Order Management Sheet accurately and on time
2. Coordinate pre-confirmation checks including stock availability and production timelines between teams
3. Execute order confirmation protocols through calls and messages and update records accordingly
4. Create and share job cards with accurate SKU, customer details, sizing, product images, and timelines
5. Coordinate with the production team to track order progress and flag delays proactively
6. Record and update quality check stages (QC1, QC2) and maintain accurate status on the OMS
7. Book shipments and update tracking details in the OMS
8. Share tracking information with customers at the time of dispatch
9. Monitor shipment status and resolve NDR and RTO issues in coordination with relevant teams
10. Capture customer complaints across WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
11. Acknowledge, classify, and assign complaints to the appropriate teams within defined timelines
12. Follow up on complaints to ensure timely resolution and update closure feedback in the OMS
13. Reach out to customers post-delivery to collect feedback and product photos
14. Log and maintain customer data in shared drives and update the team accordingly
15. Participate in monthly performance reviews to analyze orders, identify patterns, and suggest improvements
16. Support tracking and improvement of operational metrics across quality checks, delivery, and customer service
