About the internship
1. Assisting with customer queries received through WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
2. Maintaining customer records and updating CRM databases
3. Following up with customers regarding orders, delivery updates, and other queries
4. Collecting customer feedback and supporting post-purchase communication
5. Tracking daily orders, pending dispatches, and delivery updates
6. Coordinating with operations and warehouse teams on order-related requirements
7. Identifying and flagging delayed, pending, or problematic orders
8. Updating Excel/Google Sheets trackers and maintaining accurate operational records
9. Assisting with product, order, and customer data management
10. Organising operational documents and supporting daily administrative tasks
11. Following up with team members on pending tasks and required updates
12. Coordinating between CRM, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

1. Freshers and college students are welcome to apply
2. Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Basic proficiency in English
5. Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented
6. Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams
7. Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks
8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and email
9. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines
