About the internship
Kickstart your career with a hands-on internship at Uber!
We're looking for energetic and responsible individuals to join as Operations Interns to support Uber's on-ground activities and experience real-world operations from the frontlines.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the Uber operations team at key rider/driver pickup zones
2. Assist and guide customers and driver-partners on-site (e.g., Uber Lounge - T2 Mumbai Airport)
3. Help ensure smooth on-ground traffic and operational flow
4. Maintain high standards of professionalism and service during peak hours
