About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and nurture strong client relationships by acting as a client satisfaction specialist to ensure consistent engagement
2. Manage instalment collections and conduct regular follow-ups with clients on payment schedules
3. Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
4. Maintain and update operations sheets and documentation to support effective tracking and workflows
5. Coordinate with faculty members to schedule classes and ensure clear and timely communication
6. Provide administrative support by managing calendars, organizing documents, and preparing reports for leadership review
