About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate with candidates over the phone and email to schedule interviews and follow up.
2. Assist in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages - posting updates, replying to messages, and basic content creation.
3. Draft and send emails to clients and candidates, and maintain communication records.
4. Coordinate virtual meetings - schedule, share invites, and prepare meeting notes.
5. Maintain Excel sheets and trackers for hiring, operations, and marketing activities.
6. Support the operations manager in daily administrative tasks and documentation.
7. Help prepare basic reports and summaries as required.
