About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Update and maintain records in the company system after sales or transactions.
2. Contact customers to confirm they understand all relevant product/service features.
3. Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain proper documentation.
4. Assist the operations team in streamlining post-sales processes and ensuring efficiency.
