About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage daily booking flow including assignment, fulfillment, and completion tracking
2. Coordinate with service partners in real time for availability, routing, and escalations
3. Monitor service quality metrics such as arrival time, completion rate, and customer ratings
4. Handle edge cases including delays, cancellations, no-shows, and escalations with speed and judgment
5. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively
6. Develop SOPs and playbooks to ensure scalable and repeatable operations
