About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate and manage daily operations for academic and non-academic services
2. Handle student onboarding, queries, and follow-ups via calls, emails, or WhatsApp
3. Assist in scheduling and monitoring of classes, faculty, and exams
4. Ensure timely communication with students, trainers, and internal teams
5. Prepare operational reports and share regular updates with managers
