About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Appointment & Calendar Management: Manage daily appointments, schedule and confirm calls, send timely reminders, and ensure all appointment-related information is accurately updated in relevant systems.
2. Founder & Programme Member Coordination: Track requirements shared by the D4 Commerce founders, coordinate with programme members based on predefined processes, follow up on requests until completion, and escalate issues outside predefined solutions to the Operations Lead.
3. Reminders & Follow-ups: Set reminders for important tasks, calls, deadlines, and follow-ups. Track pending and overdue items and ensure action points are completed on time.
4. Programme Member Operations: Ensure new programme members complete the required onboarding process and receive timely access to programmes, forms, groups, and communications. Maintain accurate student/customer records and follow up on incomplete requirements.
5. Internal Operations & Task Management: Follow up with team members on pending tasks and deadlines, identify delays or operational gaps, escalate critical issues, and maintain operational checklists and trackers.
6. Dashboards & Data Management: Maintain and update internal operational dashboards, ensure data accuracy, identify missing or outdated information, and prepare basic operational reports as required.
7. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify repetitive manual tasks, suggest opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate workflows, and assist in documenting recurring processes through SOPs and checklists.
