Business Development (Sales) Internship in Jaipur at Heion Ventures

We are looking for a proactive and confident Outreach Intern to connect with potential clients, initiate conversations, and help generate qualified leads for our agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, persuasion, and building relationships.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct prospect outreach by calling prospective clients from the provided leads database.
2. Send personalized messages through WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
3. Initiate meaningful conversations to understand client needs and requirements.
4. Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to identify client requirements and budget.
5. Evaluate prospects to determine their suitability for the company's services.
6. Tag and categorize leads as hot, warm, or cold based on engagement and potential.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to drive engagement.
8. Nurture leads who are not immediately ready to convert for future opportunities.
9. Ensure no potential client is overlooked through consistent follow-up processes.
10. Update lead status, notes, and interactions accurately in CRM systems or tracking sheets.
11. Maintain organized records of all outreach activities for streamlined tracking.
12. Schedule calls and meetings between qualified leads and the core sales team.
13. Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads with proper context and background.
14. Test and optimize outreach scripts to improve response rates.
15. Suggest messaging improvements based on prospect conversations and feedback.
16. Prepare and share daily or weekly reports on calls and messages sent, responses received, meetings booked, and conversion insights.
