About the internship
We are building a start-up school to help aspiring founders build successful start-ups. In the lead role, you get to handle everything related to outreach. This role empowers you to hire interns, work with other interns, plan and execute.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Managing startup meetups:
1. Plan and execute startup meetups and workshops in Mumbai city
2. Handle end-to-end event execution, including: Venue coordination, Speaker onboarding, Participant outreach, On-ground event operations
B. Building synergies with colleges and universities:
1. Connect with colleges, TPOs, E-cells for startup meetups and FREE workshops
2. Handle the end-to-end execution of any workshop being done in any college
C. Building partnerships with private organisations (non-monetary):
1. Explore private players for building non-monetary partnerships and pitching to them
D. Cohort outreach and management:
1. Plan and execute B2C outreach for cohort enrollments
2. Talk to interested learners, understand their goals, and guide them
3. Support cohort operations like onboarding, engagement, feedback collection and retention

1. Candidate must be based in Mumbai and should be willing to travel on western line within the city
