About the internship
ViralChilly is a Jaipur-based digital marketing agency helping brands across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia grow through SEO, PPC, and Web Development. We are a young, execution-first team, no fluff, no excuses. Just real work, real learning, and good coffee over long meetings. We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Paid Ads Intern who is eager to learn how performance marketing works in a real agency environment. You will get hands-on exposure to running and optimising ad campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in setting up and managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
2. Conduct basic keyword research and audience targeting
3. Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.)
4. Support in creating ad copies, creatives, and campaign structures
5. Analyse campaign data and share insights for improvement
6. Help in A/B testing of ads and landing pages
7. Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising.
Note:

2. This is a full-time, work-from-office internship
