AI Program Coordinator Part Time Internship at IIDE Education, Mumbai

As a Program Coordinator Intern for the AI Program at IIDE, you will support the team in delivering a smooth and engaging learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with online and offline classrooms, coordinating with trainers and students, ensuring timely updates on the Learning Management System (LMS), and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Classroom Setup and Management

1. Coordinate and set up online and offline classrooms to ensure seamless sessions.
2. Assist in coordinating sessions covering popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging technologies.
3. Manage trainer schedules using Google Calendar to optimize availability and coordination.

B.LMS and Reporting

1. Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective utilization by trainers and students.
2. Update and maintain AI course content, assignments, projects, learning resources, and student records on the LMS.

C. Course Monitoring

1. Communicate updates about schedules, deadlines, and program details effectively to trainers and students.
2. Support the execution of AI-focused learning programs, workshops, hackathons, and hands-on lab sessions.

D. SOP Compliance and Moderation

1. Ensure all AI program activities are executed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Monitor adherence to academic and operational processes to maintain a consistent learning experience.
3. Assist in moderating final course results and oversee the generation of mark sheets and certificates.

E. Data Management

1. Follow up on the MESC portal to ensure accurate data uploads and certificate generation.
