Mission Turn qualified inquiries from hospitals, clinics, and doctor-owners into booked discovery calls with our sales lead. Focus on speed-to-lead, smart screening, and show rate.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage new leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email within defined SLAs, following structured scripts.
2. Assess lead suitability using key qualifiers ( 5L+ revenue, 1L+ media budget, decision-maker availability).
3. Schedule meetings on the calendar, reconfirm 24 hours and 2 hours prior, and share agenda plus joining links.
4. Recover missed leads, no-replies, and stalled prospects using predefined follow-up sequences.
5. Adhere to the Train-Trust-Track process by following scripts, submit daily updates, and achieve weekly targets.
6. Manage a unified dashboard tracking inquiries, bookings, show rates, and no-show reasons.
7. Achieve 20+ qualified meetings per month with decision-makers.
8. Respond to all inbound leads within 5 minutes between 10 am-7 pm.
9. Maintain a 60%+ show rate through timely reconfirmations and reminders.
10. Ensure 100% CRM hygiene with accurate call logs and source tagging.

5. Healthcare experience is an added advantage
6. Basic EMR/CRM tagging and calendar tools
