About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Executive personal assistant duties:
1. Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
2. Organize documents and digital files
3. Draft professional emails and follow-ups
4. Assist in research (market, competitor, LinkedIn, etc.)
5. Maintain CRM/contact databases
B. Business administration support:
1. Prepare reports and Excel trackers
2. Assist in financial tracking (basic bookkeeping coordination)
3. Process documentation and compliance tracking
4. Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
5. Support vendor/client coordination
C. Marketing & branding responsibilities:
1. Draft LinkedIn posts and business updates
2. Assist with email marketing campaigns
3. Research target audience and competitor positioning
4. Help create marketing materials (Canva, PowerPoint, brochures)
5. Support SEO and website content updates
6. Track social media analytics
