About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Lead Generation & Conversion (Primary Focus):
1. Handle incoming leads from social media, ads, or other sources.
2. Contact prospective students via WhatsApp/Calls promptly.
3. Explain the program, answer questions, and convert leads into paid enrollments.
4. Maintain a professional, persuasive, and friendly approach at all times.
5. Track follow-ups and ensure no lead is missed.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks:
1. Maintain the student database, including enrollment status, attendance, and payments.
2. Schedule and coordinate sessions with mentors and venues.
3. Ensure smooth offline session operations (venue readiness, materials, attendance tracking).
4. Expand and prepare detailed case studies based on founder-provided structure.
5. Provide weekly progress reports to the founder: leads contacted, conversions, and program logistics.
Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
1. Be proactive in following up with leads to maximize conversions.
2. Handle objections effectively and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
3. Identify opportunities to upsell or suggest program add-ons if applicable.
Operations Support:
1. Coordinate with mentors, venues, and the marketing executive to align program timelines.
2. Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
3. Support other program operations as needed.
1. Strong sales skills - confident in calling, pitching, and converting leads.
2. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable with administration, scheduling, and basic data tracking.
5. Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
7. Interest in education and working with students is a plus.
