Role Overview:
As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and converting them into enrollments in a target-driven environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reaching out to prospective customers through calls and digital channels
2. Identifying and qualifying potential leads
3. Explaining products and services to prospective customers
4. Building and maintaining relationships with clients
5. Following up consistently with prospects to drive conversions
6. Achieving monthly sales targets
7. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
1. 6 working days per week
2. Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation:
1. ₹15,000/month stipend
2. Up to ₹10,000/month performance-based variable incentive
Full-Time Opportunity:
Successful interns may receive a full-time offer with a CTC of ₹3–6 LPA based on performance.
